Quibids is a penny auction web site similar to ebay, but Quibids charges 60 cents per bid. The way Quibids is set up, you will never pay more than the value of the product your bidding on. This gives bidders a chance of getting a product that they cannot afford at a cheaper price. This is a gamble, but the rewards can be immense. You basically sign up and buy bids for 60 cents, then you pick a product that you are interested in, place your bid and if you are the last bidder you win. But if you do not win you also have the option of buying the product at a retail price.
